Determination of Phytochemical and Antimicrobial Activities of Corn Starch Extract on Escherichia Coli and Salmonella Typhi
The phytochemical and antimicrobial effect of cornstarch extracts was investigated. Corn starch of yellow and white corn variety were extracted successively with ethanol, methanol and distilled water.
